Philip Seager has worked in recruitment since 1997, with a focus specifically on corporate finance for the past decade. During this time Philip has developed close relationships with a broad range of clients and candidates, both in Europe and the Middle East, from small M&A boutiques to large international advisory boutiques and mid cap securities houses to large investment banks. While Philip has an outstanding one hundred percent record on retained work getting to offer stage on every assignment, he also has the ability to work with individuals looking to change jobs on a proactive basis. |

Louise Högberg joined Alan Mitchell in 2011 as a junior consultant on the corporate finance desk. Her previous experience includes a consultancy role working closely with corporate business development teams restructuring their brand reputation. With her Swedish and Australian background she adds international understanding and experience to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Queensland in Australia. Her degree has taught her to see beyond the obvious and ask hard questions. Louise’s focussed attitude and strong relationship building skills has allowed her to build a strong network of quality connections in the city. |

Elaine is our Office Manager supporting the team in all areas including marketing, strategy and administration. She has over 15 years experience working for corporate blue chip companies within marketing, communications, sales and in PA/Executive Assistant roles. She spent 6 years working for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, including undertaking project work in New York for Blackrock. Having studied with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Elaine returned to Morgan Stanley as an Associate, working in their Asset Management Division as a Marketing Editorial Executive. |

Natasha Ngundu is one of our principal researchers. She has an extensive network of high calibre candidates primarily developed through recommendations and referrals. Prior to joining Alan Mitchell Natasha studied in Paris and graduated with a dual Masters in Law from Cergy-Pontoise University. She joined Alan Mitchell as a researcher with a number transferable skills from her academic background that were highly coveted for a researcher; strong communication skills, a diligent information gatherer and an exceptional negotiator. |
