The process of a contingency project is:

- Agree an action plan for each recruitment exercise incorporating regular review dates, contact schedules and a pro forma job spec
- Advise on the best solution to your recruitment requirement
- Thoroughly interview every candidate we submit
- Present detailed short lists including:
- Summary on each candidate
- Salary and package details
- Availability for interview
- Notice period - Provide detailed candidate feedback
- Manage the interview and offer process through to acceptance
- Maintain contact with selected candidate prior to start date
- Review our service to you after every project and implement any improvements you suggest
- Inform you of relevant available candidates as and when they register
- Provide you with detailed market updates on a quarterly basis
